A small lake with some sailing clubs and a wakeboard cable in the corner. Surrounded by grass at most sides and some houses. Conditions are mostly light wind with no waves. The best time to go there is the evening since officially the sailing clubs rent the lake and they only allow it in the evening or you need to be a member.

Most of the time very light wind. If there is some wind it is extremely variable in direction and strength. Extremely gusty.
