Small lake in Belgium close to Mechelen, where you can enjoy flat water and safe conditions to ride. You can get into the water from the grass or from the beach. There are various windsurf clubs as well.

You can take wingfoil classes at the lake at Foiling School Mechelen.

12-15 knots typically, in any direction you can ride here. Better with Easterly or Westerly wind as you can use the full length (about 1 KM) of the lake.
