Great spot at 10 minutes driving from Barcelona. You can also take the train from Barcelona center and get out at station Badalona. Parking available at the parking spot next to the beach (Parking Metropolitá), be sure to buy a parking ticket!
Locals are very friendly and always ready to help you out. Typically you can ride on the north side of the Pont de Petroli, which is a pier you will not miss. The waves are friendly with winds from Barcelona (Garbi). The water gets deep enough to get on the foil as soon as you are off the beach. Normally there are showers on the beach as well, and in summer there are toilets on the beach.
In summer months, there is a nautical channel indicated by yellow markers in the water. Stay in the channel when riding out to sea, so you don’t get into the swimmers area.
Typically best wind: Garbi blowing from Barcelona, in the afternoons 12-20 knots.
