Frinton Esplanade is a great place for people competent in short chop and small waves. The rigging area is grass and the beach is good sand.
It is the home beach of Glenn from Winging It Watersports and is best used on a SW (cross shore from the right) or NE wind (cross shore from the left).
Avoid high tide as launch or recovery with a foil is very difficult.
It can be used at all tide states.
