The sea to summit shower is just absolutely awesome. It’s basically a bag with a shower had that you screw open or close. It folds up into a tiny bag to fit into your jacket’s pocket and the 10 liters capacity gives you a 10 liters (7 to 8 minutes) of shower! More than enough to get the salt and sand off your body and feel all fresh and fruity when you finish your session. Don’t expect to be able to clean your board and wing, because it does not have enough power for that. But for a quick and refreshing shower, this is our top choice.
This shower is just great in al it’s simplicity. I bring 2 bottles of 1,5 liters in the car and that’s enough shower time for me to be fresh when driving back.
- For body and gear, more water and no need to pump: Huskfirm
The Huskfirm Portable Shower may be the best option if you want to have enough water to shower relaxed and wash your equipment too. If fits a royal 20 litres (5 gallons) of water! The battery-powered pump takes away the work of pumping, it has a temperature gauge and it allows for a warm shower if you leave it outside.

The Gartol 2 portable shower is more like a camping shower. You pump air into the system, creating high pressure.
This enables you to have enough power to wash yourself but also get the sand and salt off your equipment. It’s just a different concept of showering.
